TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RENTING
By renting an item with LVL Closet you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions
Payments
∗Each item has a set price which is the price that includes the renting of the garment
∗A bond is required of $50 which is refunded once item the item has been returned and inspected for perfect condition
∗Can either be paid in cash or bank transfer or PayPal
Bookings
∗When making a booking, a small deposit is required to confirm their booking date
∗Direct Message on either Instagram or Facebook

Trying On
∗A free try on can be arranged to ensure the renter is happy with how the garment fits and looks on before confirming a rental
Pick Up
∗Pick ups can be arranged in Albury/Wodonga region as well as Rutherglen, Wahgunyah and Corowa
Shipping
∗Shipping is currently not available as an option only meet ups
Cleaning
∗Please do not attempt to clean the garment yourself
∗An additional cost will be charged if item needs dry cleaning due to any marks being left on the clothing item such as fake tan
Returning
∗Rentals must be returned within 7 days
∗If the item is needed before the 7 days then the renter needs to be willing to return it when required
∗If the renter cannot return it in 7 days then it can be negotiated
Lost or Damaged
∗An additional cost will be charged if item needs dry cleaning due to any marks being left on the clothing item such as fake tan
∗If the garment is returned with small holes or stains then the renter must cover the costs to fix the item
Refunds & Cancellations
∗The renter needs to give a weeks notice to cancel any confirmation to allow for the garment to be still available for that date
∗If the renter does not give at least a weeks notice then they will not get their deposit back

By purchasing an item with LVL Closet you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
Prices
∗Prices are either set or a bid needs to be made
∗Bids go up by $5
∗If a reasonable price is offered on a bidding item, it may be considered
Payments
∗Cash upon meet up is accepted (needs to be the correct amount)
∗Bank Transfers or PayPal can be made
∗The item wont be allowed to be taken until payment is received
Trying On
∗A Try on can occur in either Albury/Wodonga or Rutherglen/Corowa region
∗It would be prefer if a try on only took place over a 24 hour period with returning if unsuccessful promptly
∗A try on can be arranged before purchase to ensure the item fits well
∗This needs to be organised with enough notice as well as cancelling the appointment
∗Please contact if plans change or are running late to the meet up
∗Unfortunately try ons cant be offered to those who need the item shipped however they can return the item with the postage at their own expense
Refunds
∗Refunds will not be given for ‘a change of mind’
∗If the customer decides to not have a try on, no refund will be given if the item ‘doesn’t fit’
Shipping
∗Garments can be shipped to the customer
∗Shipping will be an additional charge that will be notified to the customer
∗Express postage is optional
∗A tracking number will be provided to the customer
∗Before the garment can be posted proof of payment needs to be shown
