Motherhood doesn't always look like bottles and bibs.

Sometimes it looks like syringes, measuring lines, and feeds pushed through a tube.

Being a PEG-fed mum means living in a world where milliliters replace spoonfuls, where nutrition passes through syringes instead of tiny mouths, and where love is measured not just in cuddles, but in every careful flush and every planned feed.

It's a different kind of normal, one that doesn't often get seen, but one that is built on strength, patience, and a love deeper than words. This journey is raw, real, and relentless... but it's also full of resilience, hope, and the kind of courage only a medical mum knows.

Our NG bunny 🐰

Before Growing Tots, before the Gastrostomy, I was an NG mumma and it was a very different Easter. (A period of time I’ve mostly blocked out 😅)

I hated this tube, but I’m so glad I took these photos. Tubes save lives, it can take time to truly understand and appreciate that, but once I did, I change my entire mind set.

I love her peg and I love the opportunities it’s given her, and to our entire family. And I’m grateful to have met all of you along this journey.
