• Pre-orders are confirmed only after advance payment.
• No holds will be placed without a deposit.
• Prices are fixed.
🔹 Sizing & Exchanges
• Please order only if you are sure of your size.
• No change of mind returns or size exchanges on pre-orders.
🔹 Refunds
• Refunds are only available for defective items.
• A proper unboxing video (sealed parcel visible) must be provided to process a refund.
• No refunds on customised sizes.
🔹 Pick-Up & Delivery
• Pick-up location: Maribyrnong.
• No local drop-offs available.
• Postage is the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
🔹 Other Notes
• Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
