Pascoe Vale Hand Spinners and Weavers Group

Pascoe Vale Hand Spinners and Weavers Group A friendly group of spinners & weavers who like to socialise while working on our projects. Our weaving group meets 4th Saturday 1.30 to 4pm

We meet every Tuesday, 1st and 3rd Friday and, 2nd and 4th Saturday each month, 9.30 am to 1.30pm. Our members practice and explore a range of textile crafts associated with spinning including knitting, weaving, crochet, dyeing and felting. We are an affiliated group of the Handweavers and Spinners Guild of Victoria. A focus for display of our work is our annual exhibition held at the end of May o

r beginning of June. This is always a busy and rewarding event as we enjoying sharing our work with both the general public and other practitioners of these crafts. We run regular in house workshops, often during the Saturday meeting days. We welcome local woolcraft suppliers to visit and tempt us with their latest goods. Annual membership of the group is $25. We invite all newcomers to 2 free sessions.
