The Story so far...

First, a bit about me... I’m Susan and I’m an Aussie... I’ve been living in London for 15 years, my hubby is English / Croatian, we have 2 gorgeous babies, Stevie 3 and Indigo 1.

Little Leopard began when the pursuit to find cool, stylish, fun baby clothes was just impossible.

I wasn’t impressed with what the High Street had to offer for baby boys so I started sourcing amazing prints and making my own.

I love a coordinated outfit so I started making matching leggings and bibs.

Everywhere I went I started to get comments from strangers saying how much they loved Stevie’s outfit and asked where did I buy it from?

With the amount of interest and random people telling me I should start selling, I thought why not..

I continued to make Stevie’s outfits and then along came Indigo and all the girly pinkness that was bursting inside me came exploding out, yes I love a girly girl, frills, flamingos, pink, gold, glitter and sparkles.

This year I have been on maternity leave, during that time I was also made redundant (my boss decided to retire and close the business) so I have worked hard to make Little Leopard happen.

Its not been easy but in between naps (what naps?), I have a child that can survive on next to no sleep and still run around like an energizer bunny, 7 months of waking through the night, fighting more episodes of mastitis that is humanly possible, drinking copious amounts of coffee and finally discovering ‘The Wiggles’ the only program that keeps Indigo enthralled for longer than 5 mins, I have managed to source fabrics, design, cut and sew my range.

Everything I design and make is a little bit of me and my passion for what I do, only if I truly love it will it make the Little Leopard cut.

I hope you’ll enjoy following our journey and I look forward to dressing all your little ones in Little Leopard.
