Unique functional features are characteristic of this ‘no-fuss’ attitude to high-quality comfortable pieces that look and feel beautiful on the body, and focusing on ethical production. Jipsi Cartel was established through Rachel Legan's passion for designing a look that instils a sense of confidence and freedom in women. Rachel’s ethnic family heritage instilled the skills of garment construction and dressmaking combined with her love of vintage fabrics and the gypsy /bohemian way of life led to the opening of her own boutique of exclusive handmade women’s clothing. As business quickly expanded Rachel found the need to outsource and it was then her creative wonderland become a reality and Jipsi Cartel was born! Immediately recognizing a need to forge a fashion that embraces the whole woman – from sophisticated chic to bohemian beauty.
