hi do we atleast observe ourself that what we are doing on our daily basis we go on thinking about lot of issues we intake lot of content from in the form of videos from all media types including facebook posts insta whats app and youtube movies and soo on we forget to look ourself atleast for some time that why are we getting bored and we are wired in such a way that simply we cannot enjoy our present movement with us or looking in to nature or just observing ourself it has become very hard for us we mix all the thing even while eating we watch we talk and we forget how much we are eating what we are eating is it good for us and after a long period of time it starts to hurt our health so can we manage ourself a bit better each day

last post we have talked about all the things which we know and we dont do so what is the solution for that , do we really understand how we function have we ever spent some time with ourself and try to see how we feel what we feel
i think just by spending some time to train ourself every day atleat 10 mins with a regular practice of exercise or training our brain to watch our breath then we make a habbit of doing it with in some days so if it is just 10 mins we will have a very little chance of missing the routine we create which helps us to make a habbit of it so there will be days where in we dont feel of doing exercise and some days we feel good to do it so we tend to do some extra time doing the better days and will try to not avoid it doing normal or bad days this helps us to craete a routine and which in turn helps in building habbits which help us to know much more things about ourself

this is a short try for creating some awareness regarding mental wellbeing dont waste your time reading this unless you want to understand some basic information regarding our mind,brain functions

we spend our daily life busy with our work and personal stuff many of us dont bother about our daily habbits we dont do exercise or yoga or atleast some basic stretches we get busy with our job related works and be busy with the smart phone and internet and as time goes on we feel bored we get lot of physical and mental issues we think its because of some issue which is taking place at that movement and we try to think of that and just move on and we get caught in some other things which we feel important or entertaining and forget about our mental and physical issues we know that doing a little exercise in the morniong keeps us active and healthy but we dont make time for it but we make time for checking messages in phone or social media and we know eating less and good food keeps us healthy but we eat a lot and we eat more junk food we know spending some time meditating is very good for mental wellbeing but dont do that because we dont get that instant gratification how to overcome from this cycle please comment your ideas i will post my experiences in dealing with all these in next post be happy and enjoy your life bye
