Ever considered the benefits of stretching as part of your fitness routine? Stretching enhances flexibility and can prevent injuries.
Begin with a simple hamstring stretch: sit on the floor with one leg extended and the other bent. Reach towards your toes, keeping your back straight, and hold for 20-30 seconds. Switch legs and repeat. Perform this stretch 2-3 times per leg.
