BrightEyes has been in business since 1985 with a retail offering that is second to none. We are looking for a pro-active Store Manager who will be able to demonstrate outstanding retail selling skills in this competitive fashion environment.

If you love to look fashionable whilst embracing the great Australian outdoor & recreation lifestyle. This job very rewarding however to be successful you will need to be available to work public holidays, weekends, and some late nights. Previous experience in Retail Sunglasses would also be advantageous but, not essential as ongoing product training will be provided to the successful applicant.

Qualifications & experience required to perform the role:
• Consultative selling skills
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Has a great work ethic & comes to work ready to assist all customers
• Has a strong commitment towards achieving sales and self-improvement
• Loves the thrill of making sales & meeting sales targets

Are you passionate about:
• providing an excellent instore customer experience; and
• providing and for impeccable store presentation.
