Princess Bazaar was an idea which turned into a passion for owner Lisa Simmonds-Webb who desperately needed a tree change from the fast-paced life of inner-city Sydney. This bohemian inspired boutique started in one of the original terrace shops in historical Morpeth and after a couple of years, an opportunity arose for Lisa to purchase another of the original, (much larger) but absolutely derelic
t terrace shops in the same strip. A large pink chandelier and a baby grand piano grace the entry - fixtures are often antiques and the entire space can only be described as wonderfully eclectic. Lisa has vintage-inspired tastes and favours original designs. Princess Bazaar loves to promote local fashion talent which often sits really well along side a diverse mix of global labels. We would like to think that our client base ranges from women of a younger age to those of us that are slightly more mature - if you get what we are trying to say. Our sizes range from 8 to 18, with an excellent selection of fabrics, colours and styles available all year round. In addition to beautiful clothing, Princess Bazaar offers an Antiquity jewellery collection, very savvy handbags, Art Deco-inspired greeting cards and stationery, the odd Norman Lindsay limited-edition print, and a vastly interesting assortment of decorator and boudoir-style pieces and furnishings. The boutique is all about a unique shopping experience, offering the best possible customer service and a beautifully different range of product. A stylist is available from Thursday through to Sunday.
