What an incredible week 💜

Thanks to the generosity of our beautiful community, together we raised an amazing $4,540 for .for.elsie and the fight against DIPG. Every purchase, donation, share, comment and kind word helped make this possible, and we are so grateful.

Yesterday, we had the privilege of welcoming Elsie and her family in store. Watching Elsie browse, shop, chat and deliver the beautiful cookies they had made was a reminder of exactly why this fundraiser mattered.

To Elsie,

You have touched the hearts of so many people, including ours. Your courage, strength and beautiful spirit shine brighter than you could ever imagine. We know this journey isn't an easy one, but we hope you always remember that you have an entire community standing beside you, cheering you on and thinking of you every step of the way.

Tomorrow is the final day of our fundraiser for .for.elsie, and we're so close to reaching our goal of $5,000.

In just a few days, you've helped us raise almost $3,900 — a number that honestly leaves us speechless. What started as a $2,000 goal quickly became something so much bigger thanks to the kindness of this incredible community.

Day 3 and we've already smashed our initial goal of raising $2,000 for the .for.elsie fundraiser! We are completely blown away by your generosity and support, so we've decided to raise our target to $5,000 🫶💜

And not that anyone needed an excuse, but trust us when we say tomorrow's GROWN Clothing drop is the perfect reason to treat your little ones while supporting an incredible cause! 💜 DAY 1 UPDATE 💜

The 'Everything for Elsie' fundraiser is underway, and we're not at all surprised that our community is already showing up - you guys are the best!

Our goal was to raise $2,000 for Run DIPG by donating 20% of sales from 1–7 June, and thanks to your incredible support we've already made a fantastic start.

But now we're wondering...

Meet Elsie ♡

Elsie is a beautiful 3 year old girl growing up in a loving and busy Adelaide Hills home alongside her family. Earlier this year, Elsie was diagnosed with Diffuse Instrinsic Pontine Glioma (DIPG), a rare and aggressive childhood brain tumour. Since then, her family have been navigating appointments, treatments, and learning what this heartbreaking diagnosis means for Elsie and for their family.

25 children are diagnosed with DIPG, 180 children are diagnosed with brain cancer in Australia each year and despite being the most deadly childhood disease, it is significantly underfunded with survival outcomes unchanged in over 50 years.

As a small local business, community means everything to us, and we would love for our customers to join us in rallying around this local family during an incredibly difficult time. From June 1st – 7th, Rosalyn + Rae will be donating 20% of all sales to support the ‘Everything for Elsie’ fundraiser, with proceeds going toward Run DIPG to help fund vital research which can give hope to families, instead of the only option being ‘go home and make memories'.
