On my journey to Heal My Gut I still didn't feel everything was right. I trusted my gut feeling and I was also diagnosed with food allergies. There was to many to list but I now live a gluten free , diary free , egg free ,

cane sugar free lifestyle . It was hard and frustrating at the beginning and I wish I had the information I know now.
