Our standard processing time is 𝐧e𝐱t b𝐮s𝐢n𝐞s𝐬 𝐝a𝐲, except for Fridays and Saturdays, when items will be ready for pickup on Monday.

For *s𝐚m𝐞-𝐝a𝐲 𝐬e𝐫v𝐢c𝐞, please drop your items to us 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝟭𝟬𝗮𝗺 and notify us accordingly.

*Note that same-day service is not available on Saturdays, when our store is open for pickup and drop-off only 😊

Reintroducing you to Natasha (Tash)

Most of you would have met Tash at the front counter at some stage since she joined us in December 2024.

While she has been learning the ropes as part of the team, this year she has started formal training to become a Dry Cleaner with Laundry Dry Cleaning Training.👏 This week sees, Kerryn (trainer) travel from Newcastle NSW, to do some hands on practical training with Tash in store.

⚜️𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗺𝗼𝗶𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲: Ensure items are completely dry before folding them to stop mould growth.

⚜️𝗨𝘀𝗲 𝗻𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀: Try placing natural cedar blocks or lavender sachets nearby to keep storage areas fresh.

⚜️𝗖𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴: Remember to bring in your garments to P𝐚r𝐤 𝐃r𝐲 𝐂l𝐞a𝐧e𝐫s for a wash or dry clean before long term storage to remove hidden oils and dirt that attract bugs.
