We ship worldwide using Australia Post. We aim to dispatch orders next business day of payment received. Postage within Australia is $7.95 for a 500gm satchel with tracking or $13.40 for up to 3kg or $16.40 for 5kg. We are happy to combine postage to save on costs for you. Local pick up is available with an arranged time suitable. If your order is being shipped overseas, we are unable to offer next day delivery. All orders will be sent express post with tracking available and shipping cost will be advised once order is placed pending weight and country. If you would like a quote prior to purchase please email [email protected] what you would like to purchase with your country postcode and we will send you a quote. Insurance is available upon request and we will not be responsible for any items going astray. Refunds
We want to make sure all our customers are happy. All items are thoroughly checked upon dispatch and your satisfaction is our high priority. We will only refund or exchange if the item is genuinely faulty. We will not refund for wrong size, colour or style choices. There will be no cancellation or refund after payment has been received. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please email us within 48 hours of item being received with your concerns. After this time we will not accept any returns. All returned garments/accessories must be returned unused and in the original packaging with all tags on within 5 days of receiving goods or within 3 days of pickup. No postage costs will be refunded in any case and you must include a copy of the original invoice. We are unable to accept goods that are not in the original sale condition, the cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer. It is highly recommended that any returns be sent via Registered Post, as we will not be responsible for items going astray in the mail. Damaged/Faulty
We take great care to ensure that all items have been checked for defects prior to delivery. If however they are found to be damaged or faulty on delivery, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your goods and the faulty item will be replaced. Faulty Goods need to be returned with labels intact for an exchange.
