One of the loveliest things about this community is the generosity that extends far beyond our shared love of home.

As I prepare for this year’s City2Surf, I wanted to simply say thank you to everyone who has already supported my fundraiser for the Ovarian Cancer Research Foundation Australia. Your kindness, encouragement and donations mean so much.

Every contribution helps fund vital research, bringing us closer to earlier detection, better treatments and brighter futures for women and their families.

I’m so grateful to have this beautiful community beside me ~ thank you for being on this journey with me.

Some books earn a place on the coffee table. Others become companions in creating a home you’ll love for years to come.

Melissa Penfold’s Natural Living by Design is one of those rare books that reminds us beautiful spaces are about so much more than aesthetics. They shape how we feel, how we gather, how we rest and how we live each day. Through chapters exploring light, nature, timelessness and flow, Melissa invites us to create homes that nurture both body and mind.

It’s the kind of book you’ll return to time and again ~ dog-eared pages, favourite rooms, fresh inspiration with every visit.

We’re delighted to have this beautiful title stocked at Salubrious Living, ready to inspire slower, more intentional living, one page at a time.

A beautiful addition to your home, or a thoughtful gift for someone who finds joy in creating one.

River light, quiet layers.

Today is one of those days I’ll always remember. Salubrious Living has been featured in the latest issue of Hamptons Living, and seeing our story and our home within its pages is an incredible honour.

When I first started Salubrious Living, I simply wanted to share beautiful, thoughtfully made pieces that would help create homes people truly love living in. I never imagined it would lead to moments like this.

One passage in the feature that’s captured beautifully is, “It’s not a home built to fit a brand; it’s a brand that emerged because the home proved, in practice, what works beautifully over time.”

Salubrious Living has never been about following trends. It has always been about creating homes with intention ~ spaces that are lived in, layered slowly and filled with pieces chosen to be loved for years to come.

This feature isn’t just about our home. It’s about family, slower living, and the philosophy that has quietly become the heart of Salubrious Living.

Most of all, it’s about this wonderful community. Every kind message you’ve sent, every order you’ve placed, every post you’ve shared and every recommendation you’ve made has helped shape this little business into what it is today. Thank you for believing in my vision of slow, considered living and for choosing to support a small Australian business. I truly couldn’t have done this without you.

A heartfelt thank you to the wonderful team at Hamptons Living & editor Natalee Bowen for telling our story with such care. To see our home and our journey captured so thoughtfully is something I’ll treasure for a long time.

If you happen to pick up a copy, I’d love to know what you think.

With gratitude, always,
Steph x 🤍

After a few days of slow country living with dear friends, we’re heading home with lighter hearts.

Fresh country air, golden sunsets, fires beneath open skies, and the kind of laughter that makes you slow down and soak it all in. These are the moments that gently restore us and the ones we’ll carry into the week ahead.

There’s something about stepping away that makes coming home feel even sweeter ~ the familiar rhythm of unpacking, wrapping orders and settling back into the week ahead.

Thank you, as always, for every order you’ve placed while we’ve been away. Your support means more than you know, and we’re so grateful to be a small part of your homes.

I’ll be packing everything with care and heading to the post office for our mail run this Monday.

Here’s to slow mornings, country living and the simple joy of coming home.

Yesterday, a friend and I found ourselves talking about something so simple... the feeling of a clean, calm space.

Not the kind of cleaning where you try to tackle the whole house at once, but the kind where you choose one room and give it your full attention.

So, these school holidays, we’ve decided to focus on just one room each day. No pressure to have everything perfect ~ just one space, done well.

It’s surprising how much lighter a home feels when you slow down and work this way. A clear bench, a made bed, a table ready for the next cup of tea... sometimes that’s all it takes to bring a little calm back into the day.

Perhaps this is your reminder that you don’t have to do it all. Just begin with one room.

Happy Saturday,
Steph x

The pieces we reach for most are often the simplest.

Soft cotton napkins that become part of slow breakfasts, long lunches and evenings gathered around the table. Handmade by artisans and designed to be enjoyed for years to come.

The beauty is in the ritual.
