I’m thrilled to introduce you to Sonia Harding, the new hands and heart behind the textiles!. Sonia (from ETCH - textiles by nature) is taking over the reins, and brings to her textiles a wealth of amazing, diverse expertise and gifted creativity. Thank you so much for all your support over the past 10+ years. As I’ve exited the textile arena and now fully immersed in my reiki and colour work, I leave with a happy heart and so grateful to the wonderful people I’ve met and knowing that you are all in such great hands with lovely Sonia - as she shines and shares her own magic with you through her ecoprint textiles journey. I’m excited to be taking over Kerry’s textile business, relaunching it as ETCH – textiles by nature. Eco printing brings together my love of design and nature. With original training as an interior architect and a long career as a TV producer, this marks a return to hands-on creativity. Developing an energetic colour sketch for someone usually starts with a little colour play, and often resembles scribble!. From this point the connect begins to gain momentum and from this point the artwork evolves as my process of “colour flow”. It always fascinates me how much detail and information I gain about a particular person, situation and intention through this process. It’s a creative, intuitive gift that I’m so grateful for, and so excited to share and translate for my clients. Colour is second nature to me, and to us all when we listen, look, experience and observe its language and conversations in context and time.

Hi everyone, after more than 10 years building this successful and profitable little eco-print textiles business of which I am so proud, it is time I see if anyone may be interested in jumping in, grabbing the wheel and making this their own business (probably under a new name 😜). This might appeal to anyone interested in a new adventure and either learning new skills or expanding on existing experience.   

Business assets for sale include all things necessary to continue the business, including ready-to-sell stock, marquee, display and other market equipment, portable dyeing equipment, and potentially event a VW Caddy ready to be your market shuttle (if interested, but can exclude).

I am open to facilitating the right transition which could include warm introduction and handover of stall allocation at Handmade Hunter Markets at Sobel’s Wines, Pokolbin and dyeing workshop to understand the making process. 

I am quite open to possibilities as to how this may take shape. So if this sounds interesting or you’re simply just curious please get in touch. Happy to provide further details/photos of equipment and financial statements to dive into the details. My final market is this Saturday, and keen to gauge interest before the year is out. 

For me, the focus shifts to reiki, colour and energetic work, but more on that at a later stage.
