One year ago, in the heart of the Dolomites, Chris and Georgina promised forever.

On a quiet dock at Lago di Braies, surrounded by towering mountains and still waters, they chose an intimate celebration that was completely and unmistakably them. Every detail reflected who they are.

Chris chose a classic black dinner suit that was timeless, elegant and perfectly at home against the breathtaking backdrop of the Dolomites, while beautifully complementing both of Georgina’s stunning wedding gowns.

Later that day, they made the climb into the mountains, where dramatic cliffs and sweeping alpine views became the setting for photographs as unforgettable as the day itself.

A year later, their family has grown in the most beautiful way with the arrival of their precious daughter, Clara Frances.

Happy first anniversary, Chris and Georgina. ❤️

10 years. 1.3 million beanies. A remarkable impact.

This weekend marks the 10th Anniversary of Beanie for Brain Cancer Round, a cause that has united the rugby league community and helped raise almost $30 million for brain cancer research.

At Rundle Tailoring, this cause is especially close to our hearts. Mark Hughes has been a longtime friend and supporter of our team, and it has been a privilege to dress him for many of the milestone moments that have shaped his extraordinary legacy.
Over the years, we have proudly supported the Mark Hughes Foundation through the Foundation Ball, donations and, of course, purchasing our beanies each season. We've seen firsthand the difference this community can make when it comes together behind a cause.

This year's round is more than a celebration of what has been achieved. It's a reminder of the lives that have been impacted and the important work that still lies ahead.

If you haven't already, purchase your beanie from the Mark Hughes Foundation online or pick one up at any NRL game this weekend. Every beanie helps fund life-changing brain cancer research.

Good luck to the Knights boys this weekend as they defend the kingdom and take the field for a cause that means so much to our community.

This weekend is your last chance to experience the Façon 10: Rétrospective exhibition at Newcastle Museum .

The exhibition celebrates ten years of Façon Magazine and the creative vision Lara Lupish , whose passion for showcasing local talent, fashion, culture and community has helped shape Newcastle’s creative landscape.

We were incredibly honoured when Lara selected two Rundle Tailoring garments from previous Façon editorial shoots to be included in the exhibition. Seeing those garments reunited with the original photography and magazine spreads was a wonderful reminder of the creativity, collaboration and local talent that have been at the heart of Façon’s story over the years.

As a fourth-generation Newcastle family business, it means a great deal to be recognised as part of this story and to have our contribution to local fashion acknowledged in such a meaningful way.

If you haven’t visited yet, this weekend is your final opportunity. The exhibition closes on Sunday, and Lara will be taking part in a special Q&A at Newcastle Museum on Saturday morning, sharing the story behind Façon’s remarkable journey over the past decade.

Congratulations Lara and the entire Façon team on an extraordinary ten years.

When every detail had a purpose.

Jarred had a clear vision from the beginning. Quietly confident and considered in his approach, he knew exactly the look he wanted to create for his wedding day. Our role was simply to bring that vision to life through a Made-to-Measure suit that reflected both his personal style and the remarkable setting he had chosen.

The look featured a peak lapel dinner jacket finished with a patterned satin lapel, paired with a matching double-breasted waistcoat and cravat crafted from the same fabric. The subtle texture added depth and character while maintaining a refined all-black aesthetic.

Personal touches, including custom embroidery inside the jacket and carefully selected accessories, helped make the look uniquely his.

Against the dramatic coastal backdrop and contemporary architecture of The Point Tasmania, the finished look felt confident, polished and unmistakably Jarred.

Congratulations again to Jarred and Cassidy on your beautiful Tasmanian elopement.

Some weddings have a sense of calm and intimacy that stays with you.

Jarred and Cassidy chose a private elopement at The Point Tasmania, a secluded coastal retreat set amongst rugged Tasmanian grasslands, overlooking the bay and surf below. The landscape feels almost untouched, with sweeping ocean views, dramatic light and the kind of quiet that makes everything stand still.

For the occasion, Jarred wore a Made-to-Measure three-piece suit featuring a peak lapel dinner jacket finished with a patterned satin lapel. His double-breasted waistcoat and cravat were crafted from the same fabric, adding texture, depth and a subtle sense of occasion throughout the look. Together, Jarred and Cassidy looked perfectly at home in the dramatic coastal setting, with Cassidy’s gown and flowing neck scarf catching the Tasmanian breeze.

As the sun disappeared over the coastline, the couple shared an intimate dinner prepared by a private chef overlooking the stunning landscape, a beautiful way to celebrate such a personal day.

A considered look for a remarkable setting, and a privilege to be part of such a special celebration. Congratulations Jarred and Cassidy.

“I love it. It’s better than I imagined.”

That was Liz’s reaction when she tried on her Made-to-Measure suit for the first time.

When Liz entered our Tailored Together campaign, she shared that after 28 years as a nurse, she had taken a leap into something completely new, launching Nurse Next Door | Home Care Services Newcastle and building a business that now employs more than 180 people across the Newcastle and Hunter region.

She also told us about a bright pink suiting fabric she had fallen in love with and her dream of one day having a suit that reflected both her personality and her brand.

Seeing that vision come to life was a special moment.

The joy on Liz’s face as she admired every detail of her new suit said it all.

“Oh my name, it’s in gold.”

“I feel comfortable in it.”

“I am really looking forward to wearing it next week.”

And then the comment that stayed with us most:

“It still feels surreal that it’s been made for me.”

Every detail of Liz’s suit was designed around her from the vibrant pink cloth she fell in love with, to the personalised embroidery hidden inside.

Seeing her reaction when she tried on her suit for the first time was a reminder of exactly why we love what we do and the positive impact tailoring can have when something is created especially for you. 💗

We’ve loved sharing Liz’s Tailored Together journey with you, and we can’t wait to see her wearing her new pink suit at a very special event this week.

Stay tuned.
