Outfit check. Felt cute! • Perimenopause has hit me harder than I expected. For a while I kept telling myself I was just tired, working too much, or that things would settle down. But they didn’t.

The truth is, I’ve spent years putting everyone else first. My family, my business, my clients. I don’t regret any of it, but somewhere along the way I stopped looking after my own self.

I’ve realised there comes a time when you have to choose yourself again. We all know , you can’t keep pouring from an empty cup. If I want to keep creating, keep showing up for the people I love and the work I care about, I have to start by looking after my own health.
So this is my turning point. Not a fight against ageing, I actually love what getting older has taught me, but a decision to feel good again. To get my energy back. To feel strong in my own body. It’s time to stop putting myself last.
I’m ready. Good outfit and make up are a start. Bye now !
