Finki began in 2008 as the label created by Melbourne designer Jaylene Falkner. A locally made range of woman's clothing and accessories that embraces slow fashion and classic cuts with an element of fun. After trading in Brunswick for over 10 years, Finki moved to a sweet little shop in Northcote in 2020 to continue their journey of supporting handmade and independent design. The shop is bursting

at the seems with colorful, quirky and ethically made pieces for men and women alike. Representing the work of over 20 independent designers alongside their in house label 'Finki' which is made right here in Melbourne.

Newest mens tee to hit the shelves is my Gum Leaves print on a Cypress coloured base.

The Northcote Train station path I walk most days, is scattered with beautiful fallen leaves. So this little bunch showed up under foot, begging to be drawn.
