Give up the bra.

I now go braless each day. Yes they have a sag. I fed two babies. But my care factor is zero.

Comfort over anything any day, oh and elastic pants 🤣🤣

If you're looking at my b***s, yay thanks! They're my best asset.

One day I may consider a lift but for now, let those girls be free!

My recent op shop finds ❤️

- Stunning Japanese pot
- Japanese plates
- White plates ($3 for all 4 and English bone china)
- Floral jug
- My crystal/glass bowls with lids. These are so handy, I have one for my garlic in the kitchen. Also they're great in the bathroom for ear buds, hair ties ....and look a lot nicer than plastic.
- My darling brass swans
- Hand painted artwork (I will never pass up this kind of artwork)
- And my fav wooden piece. I still have no idea what it could have been used for.

It's all paying off.

8 kilo singles.
45 kilo dead lifts.
20 kg kettle bells.

Feeling strong.

1 year ago I was only able to lift 2.5-5kilos.
I could only do 2 sit ups.

Now, I go 8 times a week to the gym. I'm more confident to be lifting weights on my own. Each week I try to lift a little more or a few extra reps.

I can now do burpees, not fast, but I can, 4 is my limit 🤣
I can run (again not well, but I can in small amounts)

I love gym life. I've made some wonderful friends.
I love that everyone pushes each other.

Now to learn to box jump without the fear of falling flat on my face.

Can you believe everything here is from local op shops, including the jam.

Ruby requested to go out for lunch, but I didn't feel like it, so we decided to make homemade scones and have a high tea at home, just the two of us. We chatted about friends, school, finding a husband and living in New York, her not me 🤣

But, I've bought some beautiful pieces, that will be treasured by me and hopefully one day my kids, but it's ok if they don't feel the same. I enjoy finding stunning homewares and thinking of the stories behind them.

Life update for me, I got a job today! So that's super exciting, still in the social media landscape so that's fun.

Kids growing up way too fast. 17 and 15 this year 🤯

Hating the cost of everything attached to life (when will we get a damn break?!)

LOVING the gym and new friends, and lifting weights.

Enjoying Friday night cocktails with my husband each week - just us ❤️
