Magick has never been separate from the one practicing it. Every ritual, divination, spell, every card you pull and every sign you notice is experienced through your own consciousness. This is why two people can perform the same ritual and walk away with entirely different experiences.
When we speak of transformation, we often focus on changing our circumstances, yet the deeper work has always been the relationship we have with ourselves.
How do you speak to yourself when no one is listening? How much do you trust your own intuition? Do you believe you are worthy of receiving what you are asking for? Remember, these beliefs are not separate from your practice. They are your practice!
Magick is a mirror because as witches we are never separate from our craft, before any spell reaches the world around you, it has already moved through your body, your mind, your emotions, your beliefs and your spirit. Every spell is interpreted through you, every ritual is given life through you, every act of will is first experienced by you. This is why magick reveals as much as it creates.
If you do not trust yourself, your rituals will show you where that trust is fractured, If you struggle to receive, your practice will continually bring you into relationship with receiving, If fear is present, it often becomes the very thing your practice asks you to witness because it is part of what is asking to be transformed and showing you where your consciousness is meeting your craft.
As your relationship with yourself changes, so does the way you experience your practice. You notice different signs, you hear your intuition more clearly, your choices become more aligned, you stop searching for proof that your magick is working because you begin recognising the ways it has already been moving through your life.
Magick is found in the way you meet yourself, because every act of magick is first experienced through you. The clearer the mirror, the more clearly you see what you seek, the more deeply you recognise what already is, the more naturally you open yourself to receive. 🪞🔮🕯️
