So long, Kingston, it’s been a wild and mostly wonderful ride ✨

I’m so proud of the beautiful space I created in such a beautiful part of Canberra but the truth is… small business right now is tougher than tough, and it’s no longer sustainable for us to stay 😞 (I know … first world problems in the context of all the stuff going on, but it’s my reality rn)

So, its business as usual for the next few days, so come say hi, have a try-on, and soak it all in one last time 🤍

And a little sassy truth: if you really want indie boutiques to stick around… you know what to do. Shop small. Show up. Tell your friends.

Hi lovelies,
As we wrap up the year, I just wanted to say a huge thank you to our online community and our beautiful Pambula + Kingston shop locals.

What a year it’s been in retail. The cost-of-living crunch has been real, and it’s been felt deeply across small independent boutiques and Australian-made fashion labels like ours.

So please know this, every time you chose to shop slow instead of fast, to support local, ethical and Australian-made, it genuinely mattered. More than you probably realise.

Your support keeps the lights on, the sewing machines humming, our fabulous staff and suppliers employed and our little Goldfinch community growing.
