Frilly Tushies baby bloomers was started by a couple of mums that were tired of seeing beautiful dresses being marred by glimpses of unattractive nappies.What began as a couple of pairs of lace bloomers soon escalated into a explosion of colour. Australian designed and made from 100% cotton with a modern twist on a old-fashioned notion.
