Five Star Friday ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thanks for the kids’ hand sanitiser that makes my son touching every single surface ‘slightly’ less horrifying 😅

Patting farm animals 🐑 A portaloo with no soap. A café table that hasn’t seen a dish cloth in a while. Basically before every snack or meal when we’re out and about. We use it everywhere 🌏

Alcohol free 🙌🏼 Hydrating without being sticky ✅ Doesn’t burn your nostrils ✅ Fits in my Mum Club Crossbody ✅ And he actually asks to use the foam, which is the real miracle 🫧

One customer DM. One slightly overenthusiastic founder. One whole new baby bag 💁🏻‍♀️

When a customer who loved her Anywhere Backpack asked whether I’d ever consider making a smaller nappy bag, I thought, well, that’s a perfectly reasonable request 🤷🏻‍♀️😂

So naturally, I went and developed an entirely new product. As you do.

And that’s how the Mum Club Crossbody came to life ✨

A compact, hands-free baby bag with all the clever little features you’d expect from HuddoCo. Because downsizing your bag shouldn’t mean downsizing your expectations.

But my favourite part of this story?

You guys name her, welcomed her into your everyday lives, and have been showing her off ever since 🥹

From one little Instagram DM to a whole lot of mums carrying the Mum Club around the world 🌏👛

Turns out, taking customer feedback a little too seriously isn’t such a bad business strategy after all 💕
