💧 Did you know it's completely normal to feel thirstier while breastfeeding?

Your body works incredibly hard to produce breastmilk, so it's no surprise that keeping your hydration up can sometimes feel like a full-time job.

The good news? It doesn't have to be complicated.

Whether it's keeping a drink bottle within reach during feeds, choosing a drink you actually enjoy, or simply remembering to sip throughout the day, small habits can make a big difference.

Swipe through for our favourite hydration tips, why electrolytes matter, and discover one of our favourite ways to make staying hydrated a little easier. 💕

✨ We'd love to know...

What's your go-to drink while breastfeeding? Water? Electrolytes? Tea? Something else? Tell us in the comments! 👇

The maternity bra rule that just makes sense…

Wear 1. 1 in the wash. Keep 1 in the drawer.

Whether you’re pregnant, breastfeeding or somewhere in between, having a few bras on rotation makes life so much easier (and saves that last-minute scramble when one is in the wash!).

We have a beautiful range of maternity and nursing bras, and as Perth’s go-to maternity bra stockist, we’re always happy to help you find the right fit.

Our 3 for 2 maternity bra offer is on this week only, so it’s the perfect excuse to build your bra rotation.

Your future self will thank you!
