At the beginning of the year I set a goal to reach my 5,000th Etsy sale. Well I'm not there yet but I only have 50 sales to go and 2½ months of the year remaining.

I've been keeping my store full of a nice variety of items so fingers crossed people find my store and like what I make.

Many years ago I bought some souvenir tea towels with the intention to make aprons from them, but that never happened, so today I turned a couple into a jumbo pouch. This size pouch is perfect to use as a cosmetic bag, a travel pouch, an emergency nappy change bag, for first aid items, hospital bag etc.

My last creation before tomorrow's market:

A lovely big pouch in quality canvas with a pretty floral and bee print. This is the first item where I've used a new type of zip so it took me most of the day to make it but I'm happy with how it turned out. And well as having a removable wrist strap it also has a nice roomy pocket inside.
