Hello beautiful community. I have had a request from a beautiful boy for a tiger costume (or wolf) in a size 6/7. It needs to be a onesie style. Does anyone have one that they would be happy to donate, so this excited little guy can have the Halloween he is wishing for?

Hey friends! I’m calling on our beautiful community to help with some Halloween costume requests that are coming in that I can’t fulfil due to lack of stock. If you have any costumes or dress up bits that you no longer need and don’t need to sell, please consider donating them to our free costume library. And we don’t just need the “typical” Halloween costumes. Kids these days have way more imagination and they want to dress as their favorite cartoon characters, comic book heroes, movie characters, silly things, fun things, cutsie things. Wigs, costume jewelry, hats, jackets, belts, period clothing, ethnic clothing, sports teams, I get requests for it all. And as always, clothes hangers!!

If you’ve borrowed a costume from me in the past and no longer need it or if you’ve got costumes taking up space at your place, why not let it take up space at mine, and make some community members happy when they find their perfect costume?
It takes a village. Be part of the village.

On top of our Halloween festivities, we are also collecting donations for Make-A-Wish Australia. Help us reach our goal and grant wishes for sick Aussie children.

I'm supporting Make-A-Wish this Halloween! Make-A-Wish® Australia creates inspirational wishes for children with critical illnesses. There are currently more than 900 kids on a Wish Journey - with every donation, we are one step closer to making the wish of every eligible Australian child come true...

It looks like Halloween has thrown up all over my living room (in the most beautiful way possible, of course.) So far, I have 225 duck bags for kids without food intolerance, 200 frog bags for kids who are nut-free, 150 duck bags with red handles for kids with food intolerances or who just don’t want more candy, 35 paper duck bags for babies. Every single bag has a rubber duck. All of the baby bags and some of the other bags get a duck holding a lollipop. I have the “bubble bath” photo booth almost complete (just waiting on 200 more “bubble” balls. Hopefully the Harry Potter toothbrushes that I ordered for the bigger kids gets here in time. The squishy toy trading table should be delivered this week. 4 bubble machines are ready to go. 20 more days until the best day of the year!

Are you ready for book week? Don’t wait until the last minute to think about the costume!
The library is finally (mostly) all moved and sorted. Unfortunately there won’t be any electricity going in until after book week and Halloween are over, and I work during the week, so availability to view costumes will be extremely limited.

Perth Free Costume Library is currently under renovation as we move the costumes into their own separate building on our property. Thank you for all of the community support. We hope to be back up and running, and giving away costumes soon.
