I want to dispel any preconceptions that you need to be crazy fit, or super young, or a yoga freak, or have abs of steel or perfect balance or wear the latest and greatest yoga fashions, to try and enjoy Bikram Yoga. My goal is to create a space where people can just ‘be’ and can engage with this practice in their own time and at their own pace. That’s why I am putting it all on the line to make m

y vision, ‘Hot For Yoga’, a reality. Hot For Yoga - the only pure, Bikram Yoga studio south of the river in Perth, based in Cockburn Central near the new Fremantle Dockers stadium. Not only will the studio be home to Hot For Yoga Bikram classes, but it also accommodates associated wellness services. All in all it will create an activated, welcoming space that can be used by more than just Bikram students. What an incredible week at our Bikram yoga retreat in Koh Samui 🌴☀️

A beautiful group of people, daily Bikram yoga, AMAZING food, unforgettable adventures, plenty of laughter, and memories that will stay with us for a long time.

Thank you to everyone who joined this retreat and helped make it such a special experience. The connections, conversations, and shared experiences were truly something special.

A few weeks ago we celebrated 10 wonderful years of Hot For Yoga! 🎉

A huge thank you to everyone who came to the party and, to all the students who have supported the studio over the past 10 years. Your dedication, friendship, and commitment have made this all possible.

Thank you to our amazing catering team for the delicious food and beautiful decorations. And a huge shout-out to Donna for creating the most spectacular birthday cake, it was the best cake I have ever eaten (and I have eaten a lot of cake)!

Thank you to Gilly and Helen for your wonderful teaching this day and every day. We all love you and appreciate all that you do.

I recently travelled to Massachusetts to celebrate Bikram yoga student and dear friend Elaine’s 90th birthday. While there, I had the opportunity to work with her in a private lesson, a beautiful reminder that Bikram yoga truly is a lifelong practice.

If an injury, limitation, or ongoing issue has been affecting your practice — or keeping you away from your mat — a private lesson can be incredibly helpful.

These one-on-one sessions allow us to slow things down, focus on specific postures, improve alignment, and better understand what your body needs to practise more comfortably and effectively.

Whether you’re recovering from injury, experiencing discomfort, or simply feeling stuck in certain postures, private lessons help you better understand your body and approach your practice with more confidence and clarity.

Private lessons are suitable for all experience levels and tailored to your individual needs and goals. Each session runs for one hour, allowing time for focused guidance and personalised support.

Hot For Yoga is turning 10 this month! 🎉

What an incredible journey the last decade has been. We are so grateful for every single person who has walked through our doors, shared their practice with us, supported our studio, and contributed to the beautiful community we have today. Thank you for being part of the Hot For Yoga family and for continuing to prioritise your health, wellbeing, and connection.

We’re so happy for Helen 🔥

She has headed back to Teacher Training to deepen her knowledge of Bikram Yoga and expand her teaching skills.

Not only did she immerse herself fully in the experience, but she also stepped up and taught a class. Such an incredible milestone and a reflection of her dedication and passion 🙌

We feel so lucky to have her as part of Hot For Yoga, and we can’t wait for you all to experience everything she’s bringing back into the room.

I have just spent an incredibly valuable few days learning with Diane, and I’m feeling both inspired and deeply grateful.

Spending time under her guidance gave me so much; refinement in teaching, a sharper understanding of the practice, and a renewed appreciation for the depth of Bikram Yoga. It’s amazing how much there is to keep learning when you’re open to it.

I’m really looking forward to sharing these insights with you all back at Hot For Yoga and continuing to grow together as a community.

A heartfelt thank you to Diane for her generosity, time, and wisdom. It truly meant a lot.
