The Circular Fashion Festival Collective Shop brings the Business of Circular Fashion Incubator Cohort’s Circular Fashion straight to Raine Square.

Shop directly from the designers from one of a kind upcycled pieces to made to order local labels, all part of this year’s Business of Circular Fashion Incubator.

ALAMAHRI , an Australian slow fashion label working with hand block-printed textiles from artisan communities in India.

coolplanet.shop , premium pre-loved designer and vintage kids’ clothing, keeping special pieces in use for longer.

Slow Fashion Clothing is a slow fashion project based in Bridgetown, creating one-of-one and limited-edition heritage clothing.

📣 We’re so excited to announce an open casting call for the Circular Fashion Festival 2026 Runways!

We’re looking for models aged 6 to 50, of all heights, shapes, sizes, ethnicities and genders, to walk in the runway element of this year’s program.

Representing people of all ages, sizes and backgrounds is a huge part of who we are. Accessibility and genuine community collaboration are two of our biggest values and we are so excited to work with you ❤️‍🔥

On Wednesday, we visited one of our favourite spots in Perth CBD, STUDIO VIII | Perth Independent Fashion Studio VIII in Plaza Arcade, for a morning celebrating WA independent designers.

Hosted by the store and attended by the Simone McGurk MLA Honourable Simone McGurk, it was wonderful to see genuine enthusiasm for the incredible creative talent we have right here in Western Australia. The minister spent time exploring the collections (including a very cool burnt orange pantsuit by NOTCHI) and we chatted about styling, local fashion, and the importance of supporting independent designers.

One thing that really stood out was learning that more than 50% of WA Labor representatives are now women. Seeing women in leadership engaging with women-led creative businesses felt particularly special.

As celebrators and cheerleaders of our incredible WA design talent, it was encouraging to see the Minister for Creative Industries supporting the designers, makers, and small businesses that contribute so much to WA’s cultural identity.

Here’s to seeing even more support for our local fashion industry and the talented designers shaping its future. ✨

A runway powered by community 💚♻️

Last week was the official launch of the brand new, dedicated REPATCHED shop in Fremantle, celebrating a collection created entirely from donated clothing that could not be sold, now transformed into one-of-a-kind wearable art by the incredible St Pat’s volunteers.

What made this runway even more special?

The models in this runway are volunteers from the store itself. The people behind the project became the faces of it, bringing so much personality, joy and heart to the runway.

The runway showcased how circular fashion can be expressive, playful and deeply human.

The energy in the room was magic. So many supporters, volunteers and people from across the city came together to celebrate this incredible initiative, including the Mayor of Fremantle.

Fashion can do so much more than just look good.

It can build community, create purpose and keep clothing in circulation for longer ❤️‍🔥
