Hi A2A Fam,

It’s me, Cassie! I just wanted to take a moment to congratulate Ayesha and celebrate this very special milestone.

For 4 years (Yes sissy! You started this business page on September 2, 2022 🤣), A2A has grown from a one-woman-run business into the amazing community it is today. It hasn't always been easy.. there have been plenty of ups and downs.. but Ayesha continued to pursue her dream and never gave up.

Along the way, she found incredible people she could trust to help her on this journey. A special shout-out to our amazing suppliers - you know who you are! 🩷

What makes this milestone even more special is knowing that A2A wouldn't be where it is today without the amazing customers who have supported the business from Day 1, as well as those who have recently joined our little community.

A2A Lifestyle is currently in the middle of transitioning to a new system to help make things more organised and efficient for everyone. As we trial this new process, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding. 🙏

Here are some of the changes:

✨ New Admin Support
We now have a new admin who will be gathering all confirmed “mined” items and creating the invoices.

✨ Separate Invoices Per Live
Each live session will now be invoiced separately.

✨ Invoices Are Not Final Until Confirmed
Invoices sent may not yet be finalised until Ayesha has confirmed the shipping fee and all invoices have been completed.

✨ Shipping Fees
Shipping costs will depend on the size of your parcel.

✨ Full Payment Before Shipping
Please note that only fully paid items will be sent out.

We understand that transitioning to a new system may come with a few adjustments along the way, and we truly appreciate your patience as we continue to trial and improve this process. 💕

We would also love to hear from you! If you have any feedback, suggestions, or ideas, please don't hesitate to share them with us. Your input is incredibly valuable and helps us continue improving A2A Lifestyle.

📌 A2A LIFESTYLE | MINING & PAYMENT POLICY

To ensure a fair and smooth shopping experience for everyone, please take note of our following rules:

1. PAYMENT WITHIN 24 HOURS
Once an invoice has been sent, full payment must be made within 24 hours to secure all mined items.

2. IF YOU CANNOT PAY WITHIN 24 HOURS
We understand that unexpected circumstances can happen. If you are unable to pay your invoice in full within 24 hours, we require a minimum 30% payment to hold your items.

Please note that this 30% deposit is non-refundable, as it helps cover the cost of items that have already been ordered, particularly from our Korea suppliers.

⚠️ PLEASE TAKE NOTE: In this situation, we cannot hold unpaid items for longer than ONE (1) WEEK. The remaining balance must be settled within this timeframe.

3. CONFIRMATION & SECURITY OF ITEMS
Full payment confirms and secures your mined items, including items purchased during our Korea Live Selling.

4. SELLER RESPONSIBILITY
In the unlikely event that an item becomes unavailable due to circumstances on our end, A2A Lifestyle will take full responsibility and provide a full refund.

5. SHIPPING & STORAGE POLICY
A2A Lifestyle is a small family-run business operating from a family home. Unfortunately, we have limited storage space and are unable to hold fully paid items for extended periods.

Once your invoice is fully paid, your order will be packed and shipped on the next business day.

6. WHY TIMELY PAYMENTS MATTER
Prompt payments allow our funds to continuously circulate, helping us source more products and bring you the best finds at affordable prices.

We kindly ask everyone to mine responsibly and only claim items they are prepared to pay for. These policies are in place to help us continue running A2A Lifestyle smoothly while providing the best possible shopping experience for everyone.
