How to swaddle in 3 easy steps:

1. Lay the wrap flat, place baby with shoulders just below the top edge, and pop on the matching hat to keep their head cosy.

2. Bring one side across baby’s body and secure the hook-and-loop Velcro snugly over their chest.

3. Fold the bottom up and fasten the other side so hips can move naturally but the arms are gently contained to reduce the startle reflex.
