We recently worked on a badge competition t-shirt where Scouts submitted their own designs and we had the opportunity to bring the winning concept to life on a t-shirt.

When you’re preparing to print 550 t-shirts, getting the size and placement just right is essential. We start with a digital mock-up (which isn’t always to scale), then move to test prints on paper to help bring the design to life and make it easier for our clients to visualise the final result.

From there, we align everything on the garment and once approved, we run final test prints before moving into full production.

It’s all part of our process to make sure the end result is spot on and our clients are happy every time.
