Menopause doesn't just happen to women. It affects the people who love them, too.

Perimenopause and menopause can change sleep, mood, energy, memory, intimacy, and overall health. When the people around us understand what's happening, it becomes easier to replace confusion with compassion and support.

The problem? Most men have never been taught what menopause actually is or how it impacts daily life.
That's why I wrote this article.

Whether you're a woman who wants your partner to better understand this transition, or a man who wants to show up for the women in his life, this is a conversation worth having.
