Mum brought me a wheat hot pack belt yesterday and was going to go back and get herself one. Today I thought I could give it a go and make her one. I’m happy with the way it turned out 😀 Great for all sorts of pain. Back pain, hip pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, period pain, headache ❤️
