Introducing Athletics Victoria’s 2020 OXYGN8 Target Talent Program Squad! Open to athletes from U16 – U20, the OXYGN8 Athletics Victoria Target Talent Program is a high-performance pathway program delivered in partnership with Athletics Australia (AA) and the Victorian Institute of Sport(VIS). For more information on the AVTTP and to see the full squad, click the link in our bio.

The OXYGN8 AVTTP squad is selected based on athletes having achieved a set performance standard, which is both age and event-specific, along with a small number of additional selections being granted through consultation with our experienced State Coaching Team via an exceptional circumstances clause.

Squad athletes, personal coaches and their support network will be invited to attend both face-to-face coaching clinics and education workshops, centred around technical skill development and sports literacy. This year’s program will engage 136 Victorian athletes, 106 personal coaches and an athlete's extended support network across 5 tailored coaching clinics and 26 independent education workshops. 📷 taken in February, 2019
