BrightEyes has been in business since 1985 with a retail offering that is second to none.
We are seeking pro-active Senior Sales Assistants who embodies this principle and will embrace all of our retail ideals to work at our Rockhampton store, to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
Working for BrightEyes you will be working in the retail fashion industry enhancing every customer’s active lifestyle through selling great headwear and footwear products alongside our extensive sunglass range. As such you will be able to demonstrate your outstanding retail selling skills in this competitive fashion environment.
Do you love the thrill of making sales and meeting sales targets?
Have you got?::
• Consultative selling Skills;
• a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role;
• a great work ethic;
• a Strong commitment towards achieving sales and self-improvement?
and Are you Passionate about:
• providing an excellent instore customer experience; and
• providing and for impeccable store presentation.

This job is very rewarding however requires the right person to be able to work public holidays, weekends and some late nights
Previous experience in Retail Sunglasses would be advantageous but, not essential as ongoing product training will be provided to the successful applicant.

BrightEyes currently has an opportunity for a Permanent Senior Store Manager within our Rockhampton store. Someone who is not afraid to up-sell and passionate about customer service with outstanding retail selling skills in a fashion environment.

This is an amazing opportunity to work in the retail fashion industry with generous staff discounts available.
• Ability to work as part of a team as well as on your own
• Minimum 2 years’ Retail Experience in the fashion industry
• Selling experience and love the thrill of making a sale.
• Stock Management experience (highly regarded).
• A great work ethic.
• Passion for impeccable Store Presentation.
• A passion for providing the highest Customer Service and after Sales Service.
• Able to build report and adopt good interpersonal skills when dealing with Customers.
Previous experience in retail sunglasses would be advantageous but, not essential as product training will be provided to the successful applicant.
