Dear Customers, Friends and Our Wonderful Community,
I write this with the utmost joy and gratitude in my heart as we celebrate a very special milestone — 20 years in business! 🥂✨
Twenty years ago, we opened the doors of The Eye Shop, with thanks to the late Michael Kutrolli who leased shop 1 at Tirana City Walk to us,and what a journey it has been.
We have shared so many wonderful moments with our customers, but we have also faced our fair share of challenges. We made it through COVID, when there were moments we wondered, “Is this it?” We faced difficult economic times, rising costs, changing technology, the rapid growth of online shopping and, more recently, the incredible changes brought about by AI.
But through it all, we turned up.
Every single day!
For 20 years, we have been proud to serve our Shepparton and Goulburn Valley community with thorough eye examinations, exceptional customer service and, of course, beautiful eyewear and global fashion sourced from our wonderful suppliers and brought right here to Shepparton.
And this milestone is even more special when we look at the bigger picture…
