Ahhh consistency...

Whenever I read or hear the question "what is your biggest struggle in business/parenting/weight loss/etc" my answer is always consistency.

On Sunday I did maybe 20 steps.
Yesterday I did over 17,000.

Some days I post to social media.
Some weeks I don't post at all.

Sometimes I'll sit at the computer and knock out three new designs.
Other times I'll spend five hours watching make-up tutorials on YouTube (note: I don't even wear makeup 🤦)

And let's not even get started on my diet, sleep schedule or housework 😂

I've tried to set routines and schedules and chore charts and alllllll those other things that are supposed to keep your mind on task. They just don't work for me.

Anyone else relate to this?

If you've previously had troubles with being consistent but have now overcome it, tell me your secrets! 🙏

The colour purple is surrounding us for our first year in Grafton during Jacaranda season. The trees are amazing and it's been great seeing the town turn purple.


We ducked up one of the quieter streets to snap this photo as the main streets are chockas full of people vying for the best photo. Thought my sister was joking when a few weeks ago she said they'll literally stand in the middle of the road taking a photo and risk being run over...until we had to go round someone yesterday who was too busy looking down a camera lense to worry about oncoming traffic 🤦😂
