After countless requests for Peak Moto branded casual gear, we’re excited to launch the Origins Collection!

The Origins Collection celebrates the cities that help shape our journey, including our beginnings in Melbourne to our expansion into Brisbane.

It features custom designed vintage-inspired artwork depicting iconic landmarks of each city:

☕️Melbourne:
The MCG, Flinders Station, Melbourne Star, St Paul’s Cathedral to reflect a city shaped by history, culture, and constant movement. The design pays tribute to the city it all began and the community that made it possible.

☀️Brisbane:
Story Bridge, Brisbane River, and subtropical landscape for a city shaped by adventure, connection, optimism, and growth. Year round sunshine and unmistakable Queensland hospitality, Brisbane has a way of making people (including our Peak Moto team) feel at home away from home.

We’d like to extend a huge thank you to all the legends who shared our post far and wide. It spread quickly overnight and and within days we had several tip offs from investigators, customers, and VicPol who knew exactly who this man is.

We have the full name of the culprit, who is a well-known criminal and has been in and out of jail. He is not a motorbike rider. He has an enormous number of thefts attached to his name and is part of a larger crime organisation. He frequently appears at larger stores like supermarkets and department stores to steal and sell for cheaper elsewhere.

Unfortunately, the $3100 of stolen motorcycle jackets can’t be recovered so this is simply a loss to us. As much as it saddens us to say, we will have to invest even more into security in our shop.

Thanks to everyone who showed compassion to our amazing team. As you know, retail can be a tough gig and something like this is already scary enough, without online comments asking why the shop was unattended. Our staff member stayed alongside this man for over an hour before ducking out the back to get a bag at his request. During that time he made a quick getaway. Unfortunately the videos don’t tell the whole story and made it seem like the shop was unattended, but trust that he received the usual 5-star service like any Peak Moto customer would.

This is also not the forum to air political views in any direction, so we ask that you please keep and comments about race out of this. A theft is a theft and it hurts businesses either way. We are simply trying to run a business for the greater good of the riding community and thefts pull us back a step every time.

We are deeply grateful for everyone’s support - because of you, word got out quickly and he was identified within days. Other moto businesses called to show their support. Customers who visited in-store said they’ve seen the video and chatted with us about the experience. How good is the riding community!

Well, we’re looking forward to finally putting this to rest and resuming business as usual!!

We are saddened, shocked, and angry that yet again, our faith in humanity has been put to the test.

Today (3rd June 2026) at around 5:30pm a man stole two jackets worth a combined value of nearly $3100.

He spent a long time shopping at our Melbourne shop with one of our staff members, portraying himself as a genuine customer and building her trust. When it came time to checkout, he urged our very reluctant staff member to find a plastic cover for the jacket he was about to purchase. When she left the room, he took off with a jacket and added another on his way out.

We are asking for the community to please MAKE HIM FAMOUS and share this post in every riding group you’re a part of.

If anyone can identify him, please DM us so we can add it to our existing police report.

10 years in the making, starting from the tiny but mighty and the mountain of struggles it’s gone through alongside Amanda’s quest to build a life here in Australia.

Peak Moto is still small with a big heart - holding deep gratitude for those who have supported and shaped both brands along the way.

We met the lovely Rochelle for an online fit consult. It’s a free video call service we offer that allows anyone in the world to chat directly with our team, ask specific questions, and view the product up close - right from their living room. We are high on the massively epic vibes of our first annual Peak Moto Garage Sale!

The event was a memorable way to finally open the back of our Melbourne shop to the public. A vision we held in our minds when we signed our shop lease, and now it’s become a reality! We wanted to transform it into a little community hub where people can meet and chat bikes all day long.

Thank you to everyone who came by to do a bit of treasure hunting, socialising, and even test riding some electric bikes!

We expected to get told off by the neighbours, but the locals actually thanked us for bringing energy back to this part of Port Melbourne, so thanks to everyone who contributed to this event.
