I am officially a Good Design Ambassador for Good Design Australia! Thank you for inviting me to be a representative.

The Australian Good Design Awards application deadline for this year has been extended to this Friday, 5th May.

PSA that It’s free to enter if you’re under the age of 30. I know a lot of you are involved with innovative and interesting projects so it’s worth applying to have your ideas and hard work recognised.

I was a jury member last year for the Fashion Impact category and I’d love to see some more brands and fashion products with a focus on sustainability apply for the awards.
It would be a great opportunity to demonstrate to the Australian design community at large that there are fashion designers who hold working towards sustainability as a top priority.

Next month, I will be showing an excerpt of my new performance artwork DEAD STOCK at LIVE DREAMS for !

This years theme for LIVE DREAMS is Births, Deaths, Marriages. Unsurprising to anyone who knows me - I will be presenting my work under the theme of Death, on Friday 5th of May at in Sydney.

My latest work DEAD STOCK speaks to my research in textile waste and explores Purgatory in a surrealist, capitalistic hellscape 💀
Yes there will be songs.
Yes I will be ṉákēd.

Me and at the event they produced for & - ‘DREAM ME’ - where young people made their own high-fashion accessories out of trash! They then modelled their creations in front of this gorgeously trashy set 🔥 at 💗

Whatever does is always a majorly significant highlight at every fashion week/festival. I could not be luckier to have this inspiring and epically talented person as a friend 🥹
