***Invoices***
Electronic invoices will be sent with your purchase. We will only send paper invoices upon request. We are conscious to help reduce the amount of paper waste generated and to help bring down the impact it has on the environment.
***FREE Gift Wrapping***
Your item will be beautifully gift wrapped in Woven silk paper and ribbon. See pictures for example on each listing. Colours will be chosen at random to match your item. If there is specific colour you would like, please let us know and we will happily try and co-ordinate.
***SHIPPING***
All items are shipped with Australia Post. **I try my very best to post on the same day as payment for you.**
Postage delivery times vary from city to city and country to country. Small standard satchel $9.20

Items usually arrive within 1-5 business days. Please note: Items are not registered. If you would like your item to be registered with a tracking number, please contact me so I can arrange this for you

International customers please note that I am shipping from Australia. Parcels can take anywhere between 3 business days to 3 business weeks to arrive in your country. Sometimes it can take longer longer. Please note: Items chosen to be sent via letter post are not registered. If you would like your item to to be registered with a tracking number, please ensure you select registered post option
If there are any custom issues or country refusal issues with your parcel, I am unable to accept responsibility.
***REFUNDS***
We want you to love your item that you have purchased from us. If you are not happy please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to see what we can do. If we cannot fix the problem I will happily refund you the amount of the purchase (minus the postage cost) once I have received the returned item in its original condition.
