I’m not going to ask if you’re ok. I’m going to come from the space that you aren’t ok. Many of my friends struggle, and especially my Victorian friends at the moment.
I do not want to patronise you and say that it will all be ok. You already know that, eventually, it will be, for a time, but it doesn’t make today any easier.
I just want you to know that while you feel alone, and that no one understands, or indeed cares, we do. There are some of us who care deeply.
And please don’t think ahead of how it will all come back and happen again, and how tired you are of it, and I know you are tired...but just survive today.
Truly,keep your head in today. Every day.
