Such an important interview to listen to between Melinda Tankard Reist and John Anderson AO on the work her organisation, Collective Shout, is doing to combat the p**nification of our culture, and the damage it is doing to our young people, especially women and girls. It is scary what our children are seeing and hearing at such young ages, which then goes on to form their understanding of s*x and relationships. We all need to fight against this unhealthy, and dangerous s*xualisation of our children, particularly our girls.
Collective Shout is such a great page to follow and support, and is one of my main inspirations for my Dandy Dolls.
On that note, I really hope to get back into repainting dolls and writing their stories again before too long (when my toddler passes the “destroyer” stage and starts to sleep perhaps 🤣).
