I am sorry that the customer is unhappy with our service as good service is the basis of our company and I believe the vast majority of our customer service are satisfied with the service we provide . As explained to her and clearly stated on our invoice we do not guarantee that the items purchased from us are suitable for their intended use. That is up to the customer to decide as our items are components of the finished item. The fabric sold was not described as prepared for printing. The customer decided to arrange to print large patterns on it and was not satisfied with the result. Unfortunately in this case the customer has to take responsibility for not inspecting or having the goods inspected to see if the fabric was suitable or ask the printer to do this on her behalf before printing. If after inspection but before printing, we would have been advised that the goods were not suitable, we would have accepted and credited a return. It would have then been up to the customer to try to find an alternative that was suitable and I understand that can be difficult when time is short in the frenetic fashion business.
