Diane Paenga's Korowai I create and design Contemporary Maori Korowai. From the age of 12 years old, I created items of clothing for myself and others. So I have started my own page.

I sewed clothing for dances back in the rock and roll days. I also designed outfits for special occasions. About 2 Years ago, I created my first Korowai for my moko when he had his 30th birthday. From there I began creating korowai for our 9 year old moko for his birthday and then for my great grand mokopuna

I meet my new local clients at the shop and they are able to pick there own feathers to match the band.
If clients are from out of Sydney, I can video chat with you so you can see the variety of feathers and choose what you like. The shop has a wide range of feathers.
