You won't find peace in the pub or the club. You won't find it in the bedroom. You won't find it on social Media, you certainly won't find it in Hollywood or Wall Street, fame and fortune cant buy contentment.
All of us are searching for that peace, for that joy, and for that fulfilment, for freedom, freedom in our minds, from fear, anxiety, depression, stress, torment, pain, grief.
I can tell you, the only place you'll find freedom and peace, fulfilment and joy, is in Jesus Christ, in the house of the Lord. Because where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. It's not about coming to church; it's about being where God is, and He dwells in the praises of His people.
It's about coming to have fellowship with other people that have found what you're looking for, that have found that peace, that have found that freedom, that have found that fulfilment in the Lord Jesus Christ, because He is the Prince of Peace. He is the hope of Glory.
He is the light of the world so if you're living in darkness, anxiety, depression, then the answer is Jesus. So I encourage you to seek Him out because He loves you and proved it by dying on the cross and rising again to give you a free gift of new eternal life!
