See that coffee - it’s as mood-altering as I’m going ATM.
I’m over being told I can’t Mum correctly without ‘Mummy Wine Time’.
Over being told that as a business woman I have to day-drink whiskey in order to belong - and that I can drink beer, but only the low calorie version because god-forbid I develop a beer-belly.

So I’m drinking coffee this lockdown.
I’m 3 weeks into no drinking - working on breaking the mindsets the media has forced and not reaching for a drink out of habit or a ‘bad day’ or even a joyous one!
I’m going back to ZERO for 2 months so I can then rebuild how I drink on my own terms.
