Hi Y'all,
Hope you're all well. Apologies for the radio silence but last month was hectic. We were busily preparing for which took place a few weeks ago. It was great to see so many other conscious businesses making the effort to produce sustainable products and services.

Subsequently, we took some time to recuperate and process any online orders.

Happy New Year APOSTLEs.
I know many of us are happy to have 2020 in the rearview mirror, but let's hope we've all come out stronger as a result.

Lessons we've learnt in 2020:
👉 You cherish your friendships more when you can't see each other

👉 We take so much for granted i.e. great weather, a walk in the park, eating out etc

👉 You don't need a gym to fit in a good workout

👉 Living in community is more important than ever

👉 Taking care of our mental health is just as important as our physical health
Here's to a fulfilling 2021.

Hey APOSTLEs,
Sorry for the radio silence. We've been busy preparing some things on the back end of our website and social media. In fact we were ready to launch our new ACTIVATE Tank for ladies, but then ran into a few technical issues...why do they always occur at the worst possible time? 🤪
Anyway, we'll have more updates soon. In the meantime, how great does .valova look in our Wren Leggings and Sports Bra?
