At From The Boneyard, I pride myself in sourcing and bringing to market beautiful items that you won’t find elsewhere. This postwar two seater lounge is most likely and early example of DIY furniture pattern designs that were made popular by the the likes of Fred Wards’ Paterncraft range that aimed to brind affordable design to the everyday Australian. Whilst this is not a Fred Ward, it has all the hallmarks of this style of furniture. Its made from readily available Meranti timber using flat sections and Dowells. Its been uniquely upholstered in Warrick fabrics Hiranni Brindle textured tribal pattern by Maddy King Upholstery

Oozing Sophistication this new arrival and meticulously restored midcentury armchair is a bit of mystery! Is it Danish is it local?(🤷). Either way its a very special chair with superb lines and beautifully executed detailing. Message me for further info!
