Medication for children while travelling
Okay!
So Sienna is 9 and has adhd and is very active and a live wire she is 1000 miles a minute and then a bit more!
Her script for Concerta ran out while in Perth and when we got to Bunbury her Peadateican sent one to the chemist, great wonderful!! No it was a nightmare youbcant get a script in NSW filled in WA you need a WA doctor or Peadateican to do a script. But this is the problem they dont know Sienna's history her dosage and not to mention nore money to see them.
So i rang her Peadateican in NSW he came up with the best solution 6 months supply and fill it in NSW and have it sent to us. Only downside is ots about a week with a child that cannot calm down her body and mind just cant do that. So its been fun and hard and lots of wine to get us through.

We drove out to look at the Devils Marbles.
What a place to see.
Marbles sitting on other marbles. Just amazing!
We went for a walk through the marbles.
Camping is allowed here too.

We know, its a seriously cliche quote - but at the same time, it's very true! We all have days where we just aren’t feeling it.

Pushing yourself doesn’t only mean lifting the heavier weight, or running the extra mile, it means making yourself get up and get to the gym, even when you don’t feel like it – ESPECIALLY when you don’t feel like it.

By all means, take a rest day if you need it, but by pushing yourself to workout even if your heart’s not into it, you’re taking control and doing something– even when you don’t feel like it.
